Inner city crime and police brutality are two issues that continue as unsovlable problems here in the U.S.

The real issue here is the ever increasing military-style police presence in America, specifically in urban inner city neighborhoods.
More and more, the police are using heavy-handed intimidation tactics aimed at suppressing the rights of individuals , and causing more resentment of law enforcement personal throughout the nation.
It's not just here in Martin County ,Florida , that the police have magnified their presence, but , throughout the U.S., as well.
Billions of tax-payers dollars are being wasted trying to fight an unwinable war.
Billions spent on army and police "toys" to "get the bad guys off the street".
Cameras on street corners , increased police patrols, helicopters
and don't forget they are listening to all of our phone conversations, too.
Too many people sit on their butts watching reality cop shows, crime dramas, and fox news for entertainment, and these very same people are the first to condemn anyone accused of a crime and they say "fry um" , or throw them in jail for life. Well, those judgemental people will have to stand in front of the ultimate judge:Jesus Christ on That Day and give an account of themselves.
Compassion is what's missing in the world today, not more hatred.
Fighting endless wars will not solve our problems or make the world a better place, but people keep allowing those in power to continue to go to war.
War on crime, war on drugs, war on immigrants, war on terror, etc.
Instead of trying to identify the root cause of crime in America, which is chronic poverty, the politicians just throw more money at fighting crime.
It's just a game to them, a game called "cops and robbers"(a very profitable game), and they have no desire to end the game, because the politicians would have nothing to use as an excuse to get re-elected, and the corporations which profit from this sick game would lose billions in profits.
Millions of poor people here in the U.S. are being treated just like the poor people of Palestine, and other occupied territories throughout the world.
It's time for people to stand up and demand that the government shills stop harassing the poor people throughout the inner cities , and time to start decriminalizing some drugs and stop filling up prisons with people whose only crime is they don't have enough money to live here in the land of the "free" and the home of the "brave".

Big Government and Big Oil will continue to prosper and destroy anyone in it's way, and that means there will be more war ,poverty ,racial divide ,and economic hardships for the majority of people on the planet in the near future.
The goal should be to take power away from the people in government (or to at least limit their power)who send our children off to war for oil and more power and profit , and to take power away from people in business, who need the people in government to maximize their profits.
The first step in achieving this goal is to cut off their "power-fuel" source, which is money.
Stop the flow of money from the powerful businessmen to the politicians, and the "machine" will run out of gas , so to speak.
The illicit big-government/big- business relationship (Plutocracy ) will continue, and only get stronger because the parties involved are the only ones in power to stop themselves.
Asking them to stop their immoral and perverse ways is like asking any addict to stop feeding their habit.
What they need is intervention. They won't willingly give up their power and profits, so the majority (that's us) must take it back.
Remember, too, that our enemy is not poor immigrants, or petty criminals , breaking trivial laws put in place to control and subdue the masses, but rather, our enemy is the rich power-elite who will continue to profit from all of these wars (war on terror, crime, drugs,immigration ,etc.. ) that they helped create.
Nationalizing oil is a lesser of two evils and is a good start in redirecting the flow of money back to the people.
The government doesn't have to be "big" to administer and manage the flow of oil and money, just well-watched.
Individually, we can slow down the flow of money to these Plutocrats, by consuming less. Less gas, less food , less toys, etc...
Remember, the key is money. They need it like a drug. We can cut off their supply of their drug by consuming less, and at the same time ,we will personally benefit from less consumption.
For now, I will continue to buy my gas at Citgo, if I need it , and I will only use cash, and I will consume as little as possible. At least I know that my money won't contribute to the destruction of other nations , or the advancement of the Evil Empire.

The movie United 93 is advertised as being based on facts and cockpit recordings and first person accounts of family members and air traffic personal.
The conclusion is that passengers stormed the cockpit and forced the terrorists to crash the plane into the ground, thereby saving the Capitol or White House.
Everyone , except for a handful of open-minded free thinkers,have excepted the official story and now that it is a major hollywood production, the official story will become recorded as factual history.
There are some major problems with the official story, and major questions, too. These problems and questions about the events of flight 93 will not go away.

The price of a barrel of oil leapt above $72.00 Wednesday , April 19th, setting a record for the third day in a row.
The cause of the latest leap (gouge), was a government report showing shrinking U.S. gas supplies.
Another cause for the rise in gas prices is the recent ramping up of rhetoric from the mainstream media promoting the bombing of Iran in the near future.
Just the fear of military intervention by the U.S. is enough to effect the "free market", isn't capitalism grand?
The largest oil corporation in the world: ExxonMobil (use to be two corporations), reported records profits ( 36.2 Billion Dollars )in 2005. www.exxposeexxon.com
Exxon is giving retiring chairman Lee Raymond a 400 Million Dollar "Golden Parachute" .
Do the math... if gas prices are sky rocketing because of wars and rumors of wars, and you and I must suffer the slap of the invisible hand of the free market, then shouldn't those people in control of the flow of oil get the same slap?
I'm not talking about sending those big-oilsters to the poor house, I'm just asking that they take less profits , less quarterly bonuses, and less retirement packages.
It's time for our Representatives in Washington to give big oil some tough love.

Imagine, even more, that our leaders, changed direction , and withdrew all military personal throughout the World, and spent all of our money , (over 2 Billion Dollars a week ) , on improving conditions for the poor and needy, here in the U.S. and around the World.

Fighting crime in the U.S. is a multi-billion dollar industry.
There are hundreds of private security and prison firms that are getting federal, state, and local, tax dollars to investigate, enforce, imprison, and monitor, thousands of U.S. Citizens throughout the Nation.
The U.S. has more of their own people incarcerated , per capita, than any nation in the world.
Many of the people being held hostage in the U.S., along with people around the world being held by U.S. military personal, are non-violent and the crimes that they are accused of are non-violent crimes, like drug possession , petty theft, or violation of probation.
It is time for the people in the U.S. to demand that our representatives decriminalize drugs and remove many of the "petty" laws that are used by the government to make criminals out of millions of people.
As far as monitoring people with GPS tracking devices, instead of holding them hostage in these privatized prisons, I am a little leery, but, I guess it's better than being held in a government Concentration camp.
There are more and more street cameras being put in place throughout the Nation , and we are slowing becoming a police state.
Having more people electronically monitored and tracked is not going to make the problems of society go away, or make the "good" people any safer.
We need to address the root problems of crime, the biggest root cause of crime is poverty, and as long as there are people suffering in a constant state of hopelessness and despair, because of the economic conditions surrounding them, there will be some people who rise up and revolt.
No amount of money , surveillance, security, police, or prisons, will solve our problems as long as the biggest problem still exist : poverty.
When private corporations exist only to make money, and they are in the business of fighting crime, you can be sure that , with the help of paid politicians, these corporations will find a way to increase profits, by having more laws to enforce, more gadgets to assist them (surveillance cameras, tracking devices,unmanned drones in the sky, etc.), more police to monitor the people, and more prisons to hold them.
It's time to take the profit out of crime, and out of fighting crime, and let people be, instead of forcing people to conform to a Totalitarian Fascist form of government

Venezuela is one of those Nations that the Neo-cons who control world events, will attack , because they want to dominate the world , and Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez is one of the only ones standing up to the Evil Empire, U.S.A., threatening to cut the U.S. off of their oil supply, planning to start trading in Euro Dollars instead of U.S. Dollars , and opening an investigation into the events of 9-11, among other things . Venezuela is on the Neo-cons short list.
The oil factor is relevant , and with the summer-time vacation travel of millions of Americans coming in a few weeks, the price of gas will keep climbing.
U.S. oil climbed to $70.00 a barrel just because of the threat of a military strike by the U.S. against Iran , talk about terror threats.
The planners of all the coming wars need a reason to attack other Nations.
Whether it's the terror threat of Al-Qaeda , the C.I.A.-created false flag group, or the weapons of mass destruction from Saddam , who was empowered and armed by the C.I.A. back in the 1980's to fight Iran, or nuke's in the hands of a madman , like the "next Hitler", Iranian President Ahmadinejad , who could not read from a Hollywood script any better than the material that he's dishing out to enrage and provoke Israel and the U.S. lately.

Most people go through life oblivious to the world around them outside their little existence.
They only know what is told to them through the mainstream media, T.V. , Radio, Newspaper, etc.
If it's not in the mainstream, then as far as they are concerned, it never happened.
Anything told to them that is counter-intuitive , causes confusion , fear, and anger.
Since most people are mis-informed and uninformed about issues of utmost importance to mankind , issues like war, poverty, racial divide, economic plight, etc., they tend to react to alternative ideas and solutions with angry words and insults, and ignorant suggestions.
Such is the case with Tequesta Councilor-elect Basil Dalack .
Mr. Dalack is a member of Veterans for Peace , and the non-profit Catholic Peace movement Pax Christi, and is a Korean War Veteran, and he has been repeatedly attacked in the local newspaper :the Jupiter Courier, as well as it's sister web-site: tcpalm.com, by people who only insult and defame, without ever addressing the issues that Mr. Dalack has brought forth.
The 76 year old semi-retired attorney who was to be sworn in on Thursday April 13 , filed a Federal lawsuit with the U.S. District Court in Ft. Lauderdale to remove oppressive wording written into the Tequesta Village Charter.
Mr. Dalack has stated that he would take the oath to join the Tequesta Village Council if the phrase 'support' the U.S. and Florida Government was removed, stating that that oath would impede his Constitutional rights.
Thursday night , Mr Dalack read a statement of oath excluding the phrase "support the U.S. and Florida Government", but his statement was not recognized by the Council, therefore he is not offically on the Village of Tequesta Council as of yet.
Mr. Dalack has already proposed a resolution to withdraw the U.S. Troops from Iraq, and to impeach President Bush and Vice President Cheney, and to try them for war crimes.

The Resolution presented by Tequesta , Florida Councilman Basil Dalack, calling for the immediate withdrawl of U.S. troops from Iraq, and the Impeachment of Bush and Cheney, and the trial and prosecution of Bush and Cheney for war crimes, are completely valid and covered in detail in a document called the United States Constitution.
In Article II , (the Executive Branch), section 4 , it states ; The President, Vice President, and all Civil Officers of the United States,
shall be removed from office on Impeachment For, and Conviction of,
Treason , Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors.
If there is any doubt as to the blatant violation of the rule of law, both Constitutional and International , there can clearly be no defense for Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld, in their role as war criminals, and war profiteers after three years, (happy anniversary ), of chaos and mayhem in Iraq.
Furthermore, on March 13, 2006 , Senator Russ Feingold , introduced a resolution to Censure Bush for his role in approving the illegal wire-tapping of American Citizens by the N.S.A.
Censuring is a step short of Impeachment, and is meant to imply guilt without formally passing a law or cutting funds.
All members of the House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate, both Democrats and Republicans ,must present a bill and vote on that bill to stop funding the war in Iraq, and immediatly withdrawl the troops from Iraq.
Then, they must draft a Resolution ,(similar to Mr. Dalack's Resolution ) for Impeachment proceedings.
Until Congress steps up and accepts it's Constitutional responsibilities, it will be up to people like Basil Dalack ,and hundreds of other Councilmen throughout this Nation , to carry on the rich traditions of a Democratic Republic , by holding those whom we have put in power, accountable.

What does the immigration problem, the illegal drug crisis, rampant street crimes, and global terrorism , have in common ?
Most , if not all, of the people involved in these activities are trying to remove themselves from a constant state of poverty and despair.
In reaction to these activities, some people respond with a heavy hand. They say "throw the criminals in jail", "deport them", or "kill them all".
What is their real crime : being poor. That is where most of the law enforcement takes place , in the poorer sections of our society.
Solving the immigration problem, along with all the other ill's of society, involves a big leap into a totalitarian wonderland.
Seal the border ? Detain illegal aliens in concentration camps ? Issue national I.D. cards for all people ?
More police and or military (martial law) to carry out security ?
More laws, more money thrown away.
This sounds like the perfect dream of a Neo-Fascist Totalitarian Nazi.
Why don't we model our "Brave New World" after the novel "1984".
Why stop at the border with "protecting" and "securing" the Homeland?
Why not have 24 hr. surveillance of all people everywhere.
If this works out with stopping "illegal" humans from being where they should not be, then let's go after the suspicious people lurking on our streets.
The city of Ft. Pierce, Fla. is planning to install camera's in "dangerous" areas.
Police Chief Eugene Savage says it will help us "behave", and it will only cost between $200,000 and $400,000 for the "pilot" program.
Similar programs are popping up all over the Nation and many people are in favor of it, if it will "keep us safer", besides,ever since "9-11" everything has changed.
Even the ACLU is in support of the surveillance camera program.
ACLU Treasure Coast Chapter President T.A. Wyner is quoted as saying "As far as the ACLU is concerned, there is no objection to cameras in SPECIFIC HIGH PROFILE REAL POTENTIAL TERRORIST TARGETS".
I am relieved to know that the ACLU trusts local, state, and federal authorities to identify "specific high profile real potential terrorist targets" (crystal ball not included) throughout our Nation , and that the biggest Constitutional Rights group in the U.S.A. is handing over MY Constitutional rights to the people in power within the government, without MY consent, no need to argue any further on that issue. This is textbook left-gatekeeping.
The key to solving the immigration issue as well as most other crimes in the U.S. and around the World, is to attack to root cause of the problem, and that is Chronic generational poverty.
When people merely exist to live in their world of poverty and suffering, with no clear vision of hope for their future, that breeds contempt and disillusion , and that is what propels some people to acts of desperation.
There will never be enough money ,surveillance cameras, prison cells, concrete walls, police officers , judges,and politicians to stop illegal activity in the U.S. and throughout the world.
Whether it's a war on immigration, or terror, or drugs or crime, total victory in these wars will never be achieved as long as the root cause is neglected.
Removing some laws from the books would do more to win the war on Immigration(open borders), and drugs ( legalize them ), and crime ( end poverty), and then the threat of terror would diminish significantly.
When being poor is not considered a criminal activity, and people are not presumed guilty until proven innocent, and we take the profit out of criminal activity, and take the profit out of fighting crime, then we will have won the war.
Now is the time to end the War on the Poor.

Since most people are mis-informed and uninformed about issues of utmost importance to mankind , issues like war, poverty, racial divide, economic plight, etc., they tend to react to alternative ideas and solutions with angry words and insults, and ignorant suggestions.
Such is the case with Tequesta Councilor-elect Basil Dalack .
Mr. Dalack is a member of Veterans for Peace , and the non-profit Catholic Peace movement Pax Christi, and is a Korean War Veteran, and he has been repeatedly attacked in the local newspaper :the Jupiter Courier, as well as it's sister web-site: tcpalm.com, by people who only insult and defame, without ever addressing the issues that Mr. Dalack has brought forth.
The 76 year old semi-retired attorney who is to be sworn in on Thursday April 13 , filed a Federal lawsuit with the U.S. District Court in Ft. Lauderdale to remove oppressive wording written into the Tequesta Village Charter.
Mr. Dalack has stated that he would take the oath to join the Tequesta Village Council if the phrase 'support' the U.S. and Florida Government was removed, stating that that oath would impede his Constitutional rights.
Mr. Dalack has already proposed a resolution to withdraw the U.S. Troops from Iraq, and to impeach President Bush and Vice President Cheney, and to try them for war crimes.
Mr. Dalack is only one of hundreds of people throughout the U.S. who have started a grass roots campaign to peacefully force change from the bottom up.
The people of the U.S. have waited patiently for their elected Representatives at the highest level of government to carry out the will of the people and uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.
Since no one at the top has been able or willing to force change, it is up to people at the bottom of the government , people like Basil Dalack.
It is time for the people to get informed on the important issues , like war, and poverty, and racial division, and stop waiting for our "Leaders" at the top of our government to end the problems that we all confronted with .

The solution to the current immigration issue is to open the borders and decriminalize entry into any Nation , and to take steps to help "prop-up" our neighboring countries so that people won't be forced to leave their homeland.
We can "prop-up" our Neighbors in Mexico by taking the 2 billion dollars a week that we are spending in Iraq, Afghanistan, and throughout the world, fighting the "Fake" "War on Terror" , and redirect it to our neighbors to the South who live in chronic poverty.
We could withdraw all U.S. Troops throughout the World and become a non-intervening Nation that the Founding Fathers originally planned us to be.
The reason that most Mexican people, (and most of the other people entering into the U.S.),are denied citizenship,is that they have a criminal history.
Most of these crimes are petty theft, or of a domestic nature, while other crimes are simply trying to enter the U.S. and getting caught.
These laws are built into the process as a way to slow immigration, not protect U.S. citizens.
Another reason people cannot gain citizenship is lack of money( which is the reason they left their Country to begin with ). It cost around Five Thousand dollars in fees and taxes to become a citizen, and if you want to cut through all the red-tape and hire a lawyer, add another $ 5-7 Thousand.
Why should someone be denied legal entry and citizenship into a country just because he or she made a mistake ten or twenty years ago. Don't we all deserve a second chance in life? Why should someone who has nothing, be forced to come up with $12,000.00 to "buy" their citizenship and freedom ? Where is our compassion?
As long as we continue to argue about what to do with the illegals and how to keep them out, instead of talking about fixing the root cause of immigration ( poverty ),we will continue to prolong this problem , instead of fixing it.
Prolonging, and sometimes causing problems , is what people within the government do to keep their jobs, this is the definition of bureaucracy, and this is the problem with too much power distributed to too few people, it becomes "Big Government", and the solution to problems within "Big-Government" is to spend more money and pass more laws to fix the problem.
People don't need more laws to be free and safe, they need more compassion and restraint from their governing Representatives.

Everyone who comes to North America must learn to speak

cutting funds.
All members of the House of Representatives and the

U.S. Senate, both Democrats and Republicans ,must

present a bill and vote on that bill to stop funding the

war in Iraq, and immediatly withdrawl the troops from

Iraq.

Dalack's Resolution ) for Impeachment proceedings.
Until Congress steps up and accepts it's Constitutional

March Madness

It's March, and that can only mean one thing, NCAA basketball tournement time again. Time to pick your brackets, jump in the pool, stock up on your favorite government -sanctioned drug; alcohol, and get ready to be hypnotized and mesmirized by a million commercials infused into a few basketball games.
It's one of many wonderful things about living in the great U.S. of A. The preoccupation of our minds from the harsh reality of the rest of the world. Sports, along with primetime dramas, reality shows, music, and 24 news stations, which happen to provide you with drama, reality, and music, while keeping you (mis) informed, allow you to escape from the burden-heavy truth of issues like war, extreme poverty, disease-ladened water, overwhelming hopelessness, etc.
While Billions of people around the globe going without the basic essentials , most of us here in occupied America, (pre-occupied by Native Americans), are way too caught up in issues like : what to buy at the mall, what movie to see this weekend, what kind of brand new S.U.V. to purchase this year, (and you thought all those car commercials were for someone else...), who's going to be the next American (idiot) idol, and the next missing person/ murder mystery on one of the propaganda channels.

Support the Humans

For every action, there is a consequence , or what comes around, goes around . The one thing that we all can do to stop the "go-around" that comes right after the "come-around" or karma , or World War Three, as it is known, is , to stop supporting the troops.
I am tired of all the "anti-war" people marching, protesting, letter writing to the op-eder's and the corrupt politicians , and always finishing their little protest statement with a " We Support Our Troops " .
The Satanic Cabal that is responsible for all the wars and terror attacks throughout history , along with most of the crime and poverty here in the U.S. and around the world, do not care if you agree with their plans, they just don't want you to get in the way.
All of you can protest, and write, and march, and blog, and at the end of the day you say, "I Support the Troops" and the Cabal breathes a sigh of relief.
The majority of people who sign up to fight wars usually do it for financial gain, although some join to "serve their country", whatever that means. Most of the American people dying in Iraq and Afghanistan, signed on for the free ride to college , and a large signing bonus.
I can't judge them for that, most people can't survive in the U.S.A. today, without a college degree to get a high-paying job, but that doesn't make it right.
I support anyone who wants to live and let live, not interfering with or harming others, especially, others in foreign lands.
If you do go to foreign lands to kill, steal, and destroy, even if you don't understand the error of your ways, I don't support you.
The day that the majority of people stop supporting the troops, is the day the Satanic Cabal will go quietly into the night, for they can not bomb, invade, rape, pillage, nor plunder the rest of the world without the troops.
They will not go themselves to war, never have and never will. They get you to send your flesh and blood to do their dirty work.
From the day your children are born, they program them to obey , and worship, the state , displaying the flag everywhere as a constant reminder to them that they must defend "freedom" and "democracy" all over the world, and telling them of the millions before them who have "paid the ultimate price" so that we may have this wonderful life called "Americana".

They have taken this 9-11 "terror train" about as far as they can, and they need another "9-11" to continue their Empire-building .
